O2 123 'PAYG' & THREE 123 'PAYG' tariffs have been discontinued

Now that the O2 123 & THREE 123 PAYG tariffs have been discontinued who can you switch to where you are not forced to pay a monthly fee and your topup lasts more than a month ie 90 or 80 days ?
